WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HOURLY AND MONTHLY PRICING PLANS?
Hourly Plan: Our a la carte option with no obligations. This plan allows you to rent a station an hour at a time with or without storage.
Monthly Plan: If you work more than 35 hours per month, this would be an excellent option. We have bulk hours you're able to purchase, the more you use, the lower the hourly rate. Storage will also be a flat monthly fee.
HOW DOES STORAGE PRICING WORK?
Storage pricing is dependent on the type of storage and the amount of space you are interested in. So long as there is availability, you wilL have the option to rent on either a daily basis or a flat monthly rate. Prorating is offered when applicable. Please reach out for more info.
HOW LONG IS THE LEASE TERM?
Leases are a year long. (If you're a one-time use tenant, you'll get a waiver to sign.)
ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES?
We ask for a deposit and the amount corresponds with your finalized plan. No membership to sign up for. No service fees or unicorn fees.
HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET INTO YOUR KITCHEN?
It's all about the paperwork. The sooner the turnaround, the sooner you're cooking (typically two days). If it's a one-time use, you potentially can be cooking the same day.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T NEED THE KITCHEN FOR AN EXTENDED AMOUNT OF TIME?
Not a problem. If you don't need the kitchen, you don't have to book any time. To ensure that we don't become a storage unit, if you decide that you don't need the kitchen but still have storage and would like to keep it, then we ask that you purchase the minimum monthly hourly package.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE TIME IN THE KITCHEN?
You'll have full access to our online booking system. You can book, change, or cancel when needed. If you ever need assistance, your floor manager will be able to help guide you.
WHERE ARE THE KITCHENS AND WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
All three locations are in Long Island City, Queens. Scroll to the bottom of the page for all the addresses. Our office hours are 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday but access to the facilities for production, deliveries, and pick-ups are 24/7/365.
WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT DO YOU OFFER?
Each location has its own floor manager who'll help you with your questions on-site (like where did you get such a nice spatula?). We also have a very skilled team of superheroes who help maintain the facility. They can help with things like moving a super heavy box or giving you a high-five.
CAN I TERMINATE THE LEASE EARLY?
Yes. If you give us proper notice, then there are no penalties. If not, then you'll simply forfeit your deposit (but we'll still high-five).
CAN I RECEIVE DELIVERIES AND SCHEDULE PICK-UPS?
Heck yeah for deliveries. Please have your vendors send your items to the kitchen. We ask that you have a team member there when possible to ensure your order is correct, but if not, we will ensure it lives in your space.
For pick-ups, we ask that you have your team member be there. We don't want to be responsible for an imposter!
CAN I BRING MY OWN EQUIPMENT?
Please do. We encourage you to bring your own small wares as we have a limited supply. If you have larger equipment, please let us know and we'll try to squeeze it in.
CAN I HAVE A PHOTO/VIDEOSHOOT?
Please ask us first. This is a shared space and some people have top secret recipes they'd like to keep secret.
